Art is the universal communicator. Not only the Deaf are challenged to communicate exactly what we mean. The deaf sign for "I love You" is incorporated in most of my creations. Whimsical movement, vibrant colors and mystic overtones combine to create all the themes seen in my art. Far East, Asian, Egyptian, Zuni, Greek and Aztec cultural influences flow within my designs. A painter and poet, I play in the crossroads of art & spirit. My paintings are visual stanzas of a poem I will spend my life writing - with brush & pen. I've had the honor to create and exhibit art in the United States, Europe & Micronesia. "As with poetry, painting is either a battle or a dance. Alx Fox is an experimental mixed media artist whose works are often noted for their unique style, elegance and technique. Her use of striking colors and strong 3 dimensional textures has resulted in an innovative style of abstract expressionism. She is also adept at creating commercial works and readily communicates the vision of her clientele.

I love using my ability to inspire the world in visual form. If I can put a beautiful image on anything, I will work that medium to deliver my inspiration to the public, my peers, my mentors, my audience. I am performing artist in public arenas as a muralist and chalk artist. I paint illustrative and fine art works in mediums ranging from acrylics/metallics, gouache, oils, airbrush and faux finishes. I work on many types of surfaces: inside & outside walls, ceilings, panels, canvas, windows & paper.

Glenn Hill creates custom sculpted harps and multimedia installations including lasers, interactive lighting and silk painting. Also a visual artist, he paints in acrylic on canvas and board and paints/prints on silk. Look for his public art installation in Ashland, to be completed and on display in Summer 2011: 19 painted/ printed silk banners, to be hung over a mile route in Ashland, linking the Havurah with the new Buddhist Temple.

Artist Mae Wygant creates from her studio in historic Jacksonville. Profoundly inspired by Nature, her fertile imagination and mastery of style, medium and technique have produced a substantial catalog of work from very literate to full modern abstract, a style she focuses upon currently.
