I have been toting a camera ever since I took a cross-country road trip in 1971.  Just a few years ago, however, I gave up my Big Girl camera for an iPhone and iPad....and then started to carry a sketchbook, too.  It is a thrill to play with them all in today's dazzling, digital darkroom.....possibilities abound!  I offer works printed on fine art paper as well as metal.

Landscapes and nature are what I began with, and truly love. The beauty of Southern Oregon combined with my love to travel provides never ending photo opportunities. The creative side of photography has moved me into many new directions. Working artistically with an image can transform a photo into an amazing work of art. I offer my work in Giclée prints and custom framed prints, perfect for home, office or a special gift. Visit my website to view my portfolio, and come back often as I regularly add new images.

Watercolors have been my creative source since the 1980s. I love exploring the endless possibilities this medium offers. Passionate about painting nature in my colorful, loose and interpretive style, I'm never at a loss for inspiration. My art hangs in collections in Koln, Bachingen and Reinsdorf, Germany; Krems and Vienna, Austria; Ryd, Sweden; Wales, UK, and many states throughout the U.S. I am a Watercolor Society of Oregon member and have won recognitions in international art challenges.

My work is mainly landscapes, seascapes & nature photographs taken in S. Oregon and along the Oregon Coast, joined by travel, architectural, floral and abstract photos. During 30 years as a Cardio-thoracic Surgical Physician Asst. I've helped patients and family through some of the most stressful days of their lives. This makes creating images with a sense of beauty and peace which can relieve the stresses of life one of my greatest joys.
